There are a lot of good quality brands at the drugstore. Try Jane, NYX, Physician’s Formula, Revlon, Wet n’ Wild… they have great eyeshadows.

Thanks for putting this up. I’m being a gypsy for Halloween and this is just the type of look that I’ve been visualizing but couldn’t actually figure out how to do.

Question though, I don’t think I’ve seen Milani in my area. Do you have a suggestion for a possible substitution? Thanks!
