As part of their graduation - 1st year construction students had to design, construct and model their own Medieval garment.

These must have had medieval inspiration (based on paintings and pictures blah blah blah). None of the costumes seemed to be authentic. But they all really draped nicely on the wearers bodies and all did look really gorgeous. Most of them had a 12 century flavor to them (bell sleeves) but one of the gowns had a venetian sleeve arrangement (I loved that).

Every costume, BUT Cynthia’s was taken from paintings done in the medieval times – so yes, they are REALLY medieval. Cynthia has always been a bit of rebel and it showed in her outfit.
