Witch (Colorful, Orange green, purple, and Black)
Also, If you have any other idea's for what to be and how to make those would help.
Another thing, I am only 12 about to be 13 next month. So, nothing too revealing.

To make a band nerd costume you could get a thick blue coat, Sew some yellow yarn together to make it like where a tie would be. So it gives it that puffy look.
Then get some glasses, Tape them. Bring an instrument with you.
Easy.

I went as a pirate one year and that was really fun.. We decorated my face up and blacken my teeth.. I had the accessories to go with it.. Like the sword and a eye patch.. But, if you are going to be drinking.. Hahaha.. Take the eye patch off.. It was really hard to see.. So, I cut my night short after I got drunk..

Is it okay for a blond teenager to have a gypsy Halloween costume? I don't know if it's too babyish or something.

Here's what i have so far: a green knee length gypsy dress, short sleeves, neckline not too low cut: waist length gold necklace: gold cuff bracelet: haven't figured out what for shoes yet.

Sounds good to me.
To make it better, get a bandana and twist it to make it a headband for your hair. And make sure you have giant gold hoop earrings.
For your hair:
curl lots of random peices on your head with a small curling iron so about half of your hair is random ringlet curls. Leave the rest however it is naturally.
And for shoes, get some strappy oldstyle burkinstocks, or something that looks like them =]

Okay so i am 13 years old, and every year I've been something boring and unoriginal, from princesses to witches to devils.
This year i was going to be a gypsy but the costume turned out 2 sizes too big so i had to return it.
I really want to be a duck (since its my nickname and favorite animal), but they only sell toddler costumes or really messed up ones.
My friend is making me a duck mask, but i need help for the rest of the costume. Should i wear wings, if so how should they look, and what color leggings/shirt? Thanks, links are helpful.

Do you think these look slutty??? I want either of these costumes. I'm 13 and I was thinking of putting leggings under either of them so it doesn't look slutty. But when I showed my mom she said they both look slutty EVEN though I was going to put something under them. Ive never really trick or treated before. Im 12 and I've only been trick or treating twice.

Vampire Makeup:fangs,blood,colored contacts white powder and a cape oh and put your hair in a bun.
Nerd:Glasses,backpack,buttoned shirt,slip on shoes,pens in pocket and put your hair in brades.
Cheerleader:pom poms,hair in high ponytail,glitter makeup,skirt,stockings.
Zombie:act dead lots of dark makeup,ripped bloody clothes and messy hair.
Fairy:wings,pretty makeup with alot of blush and mascara,and have your nails painted keep your hair down.
Pirate:eyepatch,hooke,ripped clothes
Hippy:puffy hair,scarfs,sunglasses,pants,and a peace neckolace.

Where can I find cheap, but good Renaissance costumes? I know they are expensive, but anything that is cheaper. Or at least a semi cheap bodice. The clothes don't have to be all renaissance, but something medieval themed. They can be a peasant, gypsie or whatever outfit but I would prefer one that includes a nice dress (something like a princess outfit). This is for a renaissance fair... so something in that genre I would appreciate.
Or, do you have any ideas on how to build a cheap renaissance faire costume that is for a princess (nothing that shows the stomach because I heard you get made fun of if you dress like a witch or belly dancer or gypsy).

I have the same problem, heres how I fixed it.
1. THRIFT - For the last 2 years, I've been thrifting most of my costumes. I ask friends if they have fake corsets (they were popular in the 90s?) and I search old stores to see if they have anything. I've found something without fail.
2. Halloween Costume Stores - They sell really cheaply made stuff. But the good part is, some of their costumes have nice, fake velvet under/over dresses that can be used to make a nice-looking princess dress.
3. Dont be afraid to splurge - If you know you'll wear it for the next 4+ years, then spend the $200 on a really nice costume. Chances are, you'll be glad (like I was) because you'll wear it for years to come, and you can laugh at the people AT the faire spending $400 on the same thing.
Ebay is always a good one, I've also found great things at some of the websites listed.

Also, where did you hear people get made fun of if they dress like a Gypsy or Bellydancer? Im apart of the Bellydancing group that does the Faire in my City, and no one EVER gets made fun of. They get hit on a lot by the cute men, though.

I don't have pictures but i have played a gypsy a few times, you need a broom skirt, bolero vest, solid color shirt, ballerina style shoes,a scarf to wrap around your head and lots of makeup and jewelry, dangle earrings , bangles, and necklaces.

Ok, here's the deal. I went out and bought myself a gypsy costume, but I have no idea what kind of hair, makeup, and accessories a gypsy would wear. Please help me! Pictures, websites, tutorials, and videos would all be totally awesome!
By the way, the skirt is a rich, velvety blue with a dark pink sash that has gold coins sewn to the bottom. The top is a white off-the-shoulder peasant blouse. Finally, the look is completed with a thick, black, 'leather' belt with gold embelishments.

One of those peasant skirts, ya know the loose cotton kind.
A loose shirt maybe off the shoulder. And a scarf or something to tye around your waste.
Some hoop earrings & lots of bangles. And a scarf or something to tye into your hair.

Get out a magnifying glass and look for hallmarks and other marks that might tell you if an item is gold (10k, 14k, etc.) or silver (.925), etc.
For items you don't want try selling on EBay. Take some good pics of them and describe them carefully... There are lots of antique jewelry dealers that will give you fair prices at auction. You may be surprised at what you get.
The other pieces that are sentimental and you want to keep... Try looking for something similar listed on EBay and then you can get an idea of what/how much they might be.
It was sweet of your Grandmother to leave those items to you.

I'm going to a renaissance faire tomorrow morning and while I'm going to look for my old white peasant top tomorrow morning, I need to know what I should wear instead if I can't find it. The only loose type of top I have is a grey, plain, very loose short sleeved shirt. Other than that, all I have is t-shirts or tank tops.......
Anything loose velvet or tie die could work

Okay so Halloween is just a few months away, but before everything goes out of stock I'm putting together a costume. I'm gonna be a gypsy this year and I figured that I should start looking for parts. I started to do a search on stuff that I might need when I realized IDK what you call the white shirt that puffs out. Sometimes you wear a vest with it, sometimes a jacket. Helpppppppp please
You could refer to it as a peasant top or pirate shirt. Those would be your best bet, Both would produce the same result as a gypsy shirt as they are all the same thing but have different names due to their application.
