What is the perfect new mom gift from a husband?

I am thinking jewelry but I am looking for something that is not traditional. I am usually really good about coming up with unique gift ideas but am really struggling with this one.

I have 4 kids boy 29 girl 28 girl 13 boy 11. The girl 28 came home one night and got into a bad argument with her sis who is 13.The older one is mad at me because I didnt take her side.The older girl says the younger sis messed up her room-the older one is sloppy.Now the older girl disowned all of us.She said that we are lowlifes and she has a new mom and sis.when she came her to get her things she called the cops on me,she threatened to take me to court for her jewelry-I gave it back-she is bad mouthing all of us on Facebook and to my Mom.She isnt asking to see her 2yr old nephew who lives here.She wrote on facebook that she is deleting us forever.she deleted all of us from facebook and changed her phone number.She took the phone/internet and elec out of her name and cancelled it.It took us weeks to straighten it out.she moved in with her drunk/spoiled/cheating boyfriend.When it came to family events she always wanted to be included.When the younger kids needed something she always offered to take them shopping and buy it for them.She was always very protective of the younger sis and they argued before,but she never moved out and disowned all of us.I want to know how I should handle this,and just to figure out what went wrong>for the past 2 months since this has happened and before we got deleted from facebook she kept writting that she isnt happy and she posted a pic and she doesnt look happy to me

when's the soonest you can take out a lip ring or put in new jewelry?

i had snake bites a year ago but took them out shortly after since my mom was unhappy with my decision to get them. i'm about to move though and considering getting my lip pierced again but thinking of ways to keep her from seeing it when i visit and such. i don't know if taking it out for however long i'm around would suffice or if i should just go with some clear studs. if the clear jewelry was pretty well hidden under my bottom lip, surely it wouldn't be too visible right? any suggestions would be appreciated.
i wasn't suggesting getting pierced with clear jewelry but asking if clear jewelry would be a good alternative to put in the holes instead of taking the studs out because i'm not sure how long before the holes will start closing up and make it more painful to put the jewelry back in.

please someone, what is this jewelry called??

A few years back my mother gave me a little pendant and said it was a new thing moms are doing in the states. The pendants come in 2 shapes, little girls and little boys. Kinda like gingerbread men/women shaped. in the middle of the pendant is the birthstone for your child. So if you have a little boy born in may for example, youd have the little boy shaped pendant with an emerald in the middle. Do these things have a name so I can do a search on them?! Thank you! That was back with my first kid, Now I got seven!
